Kunststoffunternehmen sucht Spezialist für Spritzgusstechnik
Unser Mandant sucht ein Unternehmen aus der Kunststofftechnik mit Kompetenz in der Spritzgusstechnik. Es sollte mit Spritzgusstechnik auf kleineren Maschinen (300-500 Tonnen Schubkraft) vertraut sein und über mindestens 2-10 Maschinen dieser Art für die Fertigung von Spritzgussteilen aller gängigen Materialien verfügen. Die Werkzeuge hierfür sind idealerwiese eigene Anfertigungen. Gesucht wird eine gesunde Basis, ein solider Kundenstamm und weiteres Entwicklungspotential im süddeutschen Raum. Unser Mandant strebt eine komplette Übernahme an. Ein Asset Deal wäre wünschenswert, jedoch keine Bedingung.
