Wir sind europaweit auf der Suche nach dem Erwerb eines oder der Beteiligung an einem Unternehmen in der Kunststoffrecycling-Branche, das sich mit der Aufbereitung von technischen Kunststoffen wie PMMA, PC, PET, Verbundmaterialien etc. oder mit der Herstellung von Acrylglas-, Polycarbonat- und PET-Produkten befasst. Bei einer Unternehmensnachfolge wäre die schrittweise Übernahme ideal. Die Weiterbeschäftigung des Inhabers oder Geschäftsführers ist erwünscht. In whole Europe we are seeking for the acquisition of or the participation in a company which is occupied with the processing of engineering plastics such as PMMA, PC, PET, composite materials etc. respectively the manufacturing of acrylic glass, polycarbonate and PET products. In case of a company succession a gradual takeover would be ideal. The continuing employment of the owner or managing directer is desired.
